Shape the quality backbone of aerospace parts in Elk Grove Village
At TekPro, we partner with top-tier manufacturers across Chicagoland. We’re seeking an Aerospace Quality Systems Engineer to support a well-established aerospace components operation in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
A day in the lifeYou start your morning reviewing yield and nonconformance trends, then huddle with production and engineering to align on the day’s priorities. Before lunch, you guide a root cause investigation and lock in corrective actions that prevent recurrence. The afternoon brings an audit readiness check against aerospace standards, updates to an inspection plan for a new part introduction, and a quick walk to the air-conditioned shop floor to validate a process improvement. You finish by closing out documentation and queuing up the next round of continuous improvement projects.
