A Place to Learn, Grow, and Love What You Do

At Watts Dental, we believe dentistry is about more than treating teeth, it's about growing together, serving our patients like family, and building something we're proud of.

Our Treatment Plan Coordinators (TCOs) play a key role in that mission. As the bridge between our clinical team and our patients, you'll guide people through their treatment options, explain costs and insurance coverage, and make the path to a healthy smile clear and stress-free.

Why Join Watts Dental?

  • Gain exposure to a wide range of dental treatments in a progressive, technology-driven practice.
  • Make a meaningful impact on patients by helping them understand the value of their treatment and feel comfortable moving forward.
  • A positive culture where you feel valued and supported.

Who We're Looking For

A Treatment Plan Coordinator (TCO) who:

  • Understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication when discussing treatment plans and costs.
  • Has experience in dental, medical, or financial coordination (preferred but not required).
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting financial options.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Brings a positive, and growth-minded attitude every day.

What You'll Do

As a Treatment Plan Coordinator at Watts Dental, you will:

  • Present treatment plans in a clear and supportive way to help patients understand the value of recommended care.
  • Explain costs, insurance coverage, and payment options with confidence and empathy.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and next steps.
  • Answer financial and scheduling questions to help patients move forward confidently with their care.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to keep treatment on track.
  • Provide an exceptional, patient-first experience from consultation to completion.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $24-$30/hour + bonus potential that reflects your impact.
  • Career growth opportunities within our rapidly expanding practice.
  • Full healthcare & family coverage (medical, dental, vision).
  • Short- & long-term disability protection.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • A fun team culture - kids, families, and even dogs are part of who we are.

Our Core Values

  • Integrity : We do what is right with honesty, accountability, and transparency in every decision and interaction.
  • Platinum Rule : We treat every patient and teammate the way they want to be treated, with empathy, respect, and personalized care.
  • Resourcefulness : We take initiative and creatively find solutions that move our patients, practice, and team forward.
  • Adaptability : We embrace change with flexibility and resilience, continuously learning and improving as we grow.
  • Teamwork : We collaborate, support one another, and succeed together by bringing positive energy and shared purpose to everything we do.
