Locations: Onsite in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and remote opportunities available, contingent upon contract award.
Job Description: Transcribe audio material and translate written material from the target language to (and from) English. All linguists will be required to complete a short assessment as part of the vetting process after the necessary clearance is granted.
Requirements: 1+ year(s) of experience of translating, transcribing, or interpreting from the requested language into English. Basic technical knowledge is needed. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust background determination. Clearance requires a background check, drug test, and credit check.
