Uniform and equipment provided. Additional benefits vary by position. Requirements Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Must be CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Must understand, read, and write in English. Must successfully complete a fingerprint background check and drug screening. State Guard Card (if applicable). Some Duties May Include Make access badges in accordance with SLA. Screen associates and determine root cause of activations. Monitor post activity to ensure facility security and prevent unauthorized access. Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents. Complete various logs. Complete incident reports by end of shift. Respond to alarms in accordance with SLA standards. Input incident reports in database by end of shift. Provide direction and support to associates as needed. Conduct patrols and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, unusual circumstances, maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, etc. Conduct various audits. Perform escorts if requested. Respond and assist with all emergencies. Back‑fill open positions for breaks, lunch, or call‑offs as needed. Participate in emergency evacuation response. Other duties as agreed to by the parties. Work Environment and Schedule Job operates on client sites, which could be indoors or outdoors. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities. Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed. Work various shifts and holidays as assigned.
