Responsibilities Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and passionately explain cutting-edge products and services. Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring recommendations to create personalized solutions. Close deals by providing accurate information, pricing, and ensuring interactions move toward hitting and surpassing sales targets. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Stay ahead of the game with up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to handle customer queries or objections. Team up for success by collaborating with teammates to achieve sales goals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
