2nd Shift Packager

$20.50/hour

We are hiring Packagers to support plastic extrusion production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level role where you will assist with assembly, labeling, and packaging of finished products.

This position is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a steady, production-driven setting.

• Assemble cartridge housing using small hand tools
• Label and package finished products accurately
• Remove spools from extrusion machines and wrap them in protective plastic
• Load wrapped spools into cartridges for final packaging
• Inspect materials for basic quality before packaging
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow production guidelines to maintain pace and accuracy

• At least 6 months of packaging, assembly, or warehouse experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer familiarity (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Competitive starting pay at $20.50/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
