Responsibilities License Issuance Review and process license applications Collect fees Issue licenses Participate in daily reconciliation of revenue Communicate with the public via telephone, in person, by email, and regular mail Provide information to applicants, license holders, and the general public about licenses, fishing regulations, and other marine issues Provide coverage for the reception window in the lobby, assisting building visitors and directing inquiries as needed Conduct the daily operation of the Marine Permit Office under the supervision of administrators and supervisors Handle and process incoming mail File and organize mail, permit applications, and other paperwork Print and copy files, applications, regulations, and other needed documents Take periodic inventory of office supplies and maintain inventory records Receive packages for the building and notify appropriate staff of their arrival Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
