Overview:
Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to serve in a dual-role position supporting both clinic operations and executive/medical leadership. This position combines weekend front desk responsibilities with administrative and clinical support for the Medical Director and affiliated private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as front desk staff on Saturdays and Sundays: patient check-in/out, scheduling, phone/email communication, and ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Provide administrative support to the Medical Director, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and project coordination
• Assist with operational tasks across both Prime IV and private medical practice as needed
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with clinic standards
• Help streamline workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent typing and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Interest or background in healthcare, wellness, or medicine preferred
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Required weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) with additional flexible hours during the week, part time initially with potential to move to full time
