Job Description ALIGCUS Construction is hiring a Mandarin‑speaking Architectural Drafter/Designer. This role involves working both from our U.S. office and remotely with our China design team. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and municipal government departments, creating building program drawings, construction drawings, and communicating with both the China and U.S. design teams to ensure efficient workflow. Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 10 AM – 7 PM; Friday 9 AM – 6 PM with a one‑hour meal break. Qualifications Fluency in both English and Mandarin Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop (training and supplies provided) 2–3 years of architectural design experience Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour Can sponsor H1B if needed.
