Job description ALIGCUS Construction is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Architectural drafter/designer. This position needs to work for both our US company at office and China design team remotely. Our company primarily works on AutoCAD to complete construction schematics to prepare for city or county approval. Knowledge of municipal building codes is necessary as well. Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating with architects and municipal government departments related to personal communication, building program drawing, construction drawing, construction, and communication work; Responsible for communicating and cooperating with China design team and US design team, translating for both teams to make work done more efficiently; Work time from Mon-Thurs 10AM-7PM, Fri 9AM-6PM, 1 hour meal time Qualifications Fluent both in English and Mandarin Proficiency in various types of design software: AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, 3D Max, Sketch-up, PS, etc. (the company can provide relevant training and supplies) 2-3 year architectural design experience Job Type Full-time Compensation Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits Can sponsor H1B if needed.
