The right candidate will bring prior healthcare industry experience and a working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, with the ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly to both clinical and non-clinical staff.

  • Monitor regulatory updates from CMS, HHS, and Pennsylvania state agencies and communicate changes to relevant teams
  • Maintain and update compliance policy and procedure documentation
  • Coordinate and deliver staff compliance training programs
  • Investigate reported compliance concerns and document findings
  • Support preparation for external audits and accreditation reviews
  • Track and manage corrective action plans resulting from audit findings
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for compliance-related questions from department staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs role
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations
  • Experience conducting internal audits and preparing compliance documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental work
  • Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential preferred but not required

Benefits

  • Competitive salary between $72,000 and $94,000 based on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective on first day of employment
  • 401(k) plan with employer match up to 4%
  • Paid time off starting at 15 days annually plus 10 observed holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year for job-related continuing education
  • CHC certification exam fee coverage and study support
  • Transit and parking benefits for Center City commuters
  • Employee wellness program including EAP and mental health resources
