Overview Family Law Attorney role at a mid-sized family law firm expanding their practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of Family Law experience and be licensed to practice law in Washington. Responsibilities Provide legal services in family law matters, including the preparation and negotiation of agreements and litigation support as needed. Manage cases involving divorces, alimony/spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate/property division.
