Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Absecon, NJ. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a polished legal professional who enjoys providing high-level attorney support in a stable, client-focused legal services environment.

The Executive Legal Assistant will support attorneys with confidential administrative coordination, legal document preparation, calendar management, client communication, and practice management tasks. Key Responsibilities

- Provide confidential executive-level administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals.
- Draft, review, edit, and prepare legal documents, including contracts, corporate documents, agreements, and estate planning materials.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls.
- Handle incoming mail, faxes, deliveries, file openings, file closings, document organization, and database maintenance.
- Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, attorneys, and internal team members.
- Assist with timekeeping, proforma reviews, practice management tasks, and special projects as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site in Absecon, NJ.
- Benefits: Medical, 401k, PTO, and free on-site parking.
