We are looking for a motivated  Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, analysis, and development of electrical power systems for industrial and energy facilities. This role offers hands-on exposure to power generation, distribution, protection, and control systems across a variety of challenging projects. Whether you're an entry-level engineer ready to learn or an early-career professional looking to grow, this position provides a strong foundation with mentorship from experienced engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop electrical power generation, distribution, protection, and related control systems for industrial facilities.
• Prepare construction drawings and documents, including:
• • Equipment location plans
  • Interconnect wiring diagrams and wiring schematics
  • Cable and tray layouts
  • Equipment supports
  • Cable schedules
  • Lighting and ancillary electrical systems
• Develop electrical system models and generate reports using industry-standard software (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, PLS-CAD, AmpCalc).
• Collaborate closely with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Accept and apply guidance from senior engineers and designers to develop technical skills and project acumen.
• Participate in field visits and site surveys as needed to support project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Proficiency in the Windows PC environment, including:
• • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook Email
  • Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualities & Experience:

• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Strong interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) registration (company support available).
• Electrical power course work (e.g., power systems, machines, protection, or renewables).
• Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
• Ability to visit client facilities, including:
• • Physical capability to travel offshore and safely transfer from boat to platform.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC® card).
