Dental Insurance Coordinator
Job Description Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits accurately
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Educate patients about their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Maintain detailed and organized patient insurance records
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies
Support front desk operations and collaborate seamlessly with the dental team
full-time $18 - $22 per hour

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Experience working with dental insurance plans (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus
Prior experience in medical claims processing or dental office administration
Knowledge of dental insurance guidelines and terminology
