Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality

Collaborate with dental staff to confirm treatment plans align with insurance coverage parameters

Conduct insurance verification efficiently using office experience and medical terminology knowledge to resolve discrepancies promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience in dental office administration or medical office setting with a focus on insurance processing
