Our state-of-the-art specialty pharmacy provides medications that are often used to treat complex or rare conditions. We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team of health care professionals. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing services to educate and empower patients and facilitate safe dispensing of specialty medications. The Clinical Pharmacist conducts patient assessments to promote safe and effective therapy, engages with providers to optimize therapy, and performs comprehensive prescription verification. The Clinical Pharmacist may supervise the activities of pharmacy support personnel, as well as participate in the organization’s quality management activities.
Job type: Full-time, in-office Pay range: $130,486.45 - $166,369.08 annually, depending on experience. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range. Benefits:
