Automotive Finance Manager - Genesis of Ridgefield

Genesis of Ridgefield is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic Business Management team in Norwalk, Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused professional looking to grow with a reputable and established dealership.


As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring a seamless transaction process, and securing financing through our network of trusted lenders. You will play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities for Automotive Finance Manager:

• Present finance and insurance options to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Process all finance and lease contracts accurately and efficiently
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
• Ensure all F&I documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted in a timely fashion
• Work closely with the sales team to support the vehicle purchase process

Ideal Candidate for Automotive Finance Manager:

• Proven experience in an automotive F&I role or related sales/finance capacity
• Strong knowledge of financing and lease programs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• CDK experience preferred
